We’ve got you covered! We’ll provide all necessary supplies and equipment for performing your requested services. However, if you have any special products you would like for your housekeeper to use, please make sure that you specify in your booking notes where specific products are required and make sure that the products are left on the kitchen counter for our team to use.

Most of our customers are not home at the time of cleaning. You can provide us a code for homes with keyless entry, place your key in a discreet location.

We understand that unexpected events occur, so we ask for a 48-hour notice if you need to skip, reschedule, or cancel your cleaning. We reserve your appointment specifically for you and require time to reassign your cleaning technician to another client to ensure they receive the schedule they rely on. If we receive less than 48 hours' notice or cannot access your home (e.g., the key was not left out for the cleaning technician), a cancellation fee of $50 per technician will be charged.
